Unable to see any folder other than inbox. My spam, sent and trash folders have all disappeared.

Please remove your email address. This is a public forum and you could end up with more spam than you can imagine.

How do you access your email account. Is it with a web browser or are you using an email client/app?

Hi, do you have the chrome browser. By updating my Internet browser to chrome it all became visible so long as I log in to my emails via chrome. Hope this helps, let me know

are you using a program or app to view your email login via webmail this maybe still on in the server
