Re: Where's the next page?

Go to solution
Hello
I am using the email page, and the arrow scrolls down to the bottom of the first 50 items and clicking it does not reveal page 2 with the next 50 emails. I'm not looking at an attachment.

@jroc

Are you @AATaz53  or have you just jumped onto this thread?

If you have just jumped onto this thread I will move you onto your own thread so that you can get answers to your own problem rather than causing confusion with this thread.

I have moved you on to your own thread because your issue would appear to be different from the one you posted on. That thread appeared to be about while reading an email while yours is about viewing the list of emails in your Inbox.

The first thing to try is to make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

I originated this thread, and @AATaz53 seems to have the exact same issue.

Removing the Conversation view has worked for me. I now do not have 'pages' and can scroll down as far as I like. Thanks for your help!
