I cannot find the icon to move me onto the 'next page ' of my emails. It's probably staring me in the face, but please let me know what I am missing!

How are you using your email. Is it with a web browser or an email app.
As a general method it us usualy done by using the scroll bar at the right hand side.
Sorry, but that doesn't work.
The scrolling stops at the bottom of the first page and there doesn't appear to be a way to go to page 2 and beyond - very frustrating

If you are using a BTMail account you must have been using it since 2022 so has this issue just started?
When viewing an email in a web browser the email is not shown as individual pages it is normally just one long page that scrolls up and down. It get broken into pages when you want to print it.
If you can not scroll down try using the small arrow at the foot of the scroll bar or click on the scroll bar and use the Up and down arrows on your keyboard or click on the scroll bar and use the PgUp and PgDn buttons.
Are you perhaps looking at an attachment that was sent with the email?
For the benifit of others reading this thread.
Going by what you have described it appeared you were having problems reading emails when in fact you were having a problem viewing the list of all emails in your Inbox.
As you are now aware you were in "conversation view" and by changing that all was resolved.
