Re: EMAILS BACK TO HOW THEY SHOULD BE WOO HOO!!

Go to solution

Unfortunately mine are no better - so only partial progress, I am afraid.

However, I responded this morning to a private message from Leanne in which she was seeking further details to pass to the technical team, so they are on the case...

No such luck here either!  Responded to Leanne at lunchtime but still the same problem at 18.17 😞

I just downloaded a load of emails and all the ones from yesterday afternoon up until last night came through fine. But one received  early this morning was  displaying incorrectly with an "X_SNCR_TRUST:nongov-list Io" line at the beginning and was mostly unreadable.

Same here - 5 emails last night came through correctly around 9pm (BST), but back to gobbledegook at 5am today

Email no sender lots of strange characters

Go to solution

On 12 August I noticed that I received emails that had no subject no sender etc & full of gobble D **bleep**. This happened on my 2 Windows 11 computers while my Windows 10 computer read the emails OK. This is a pain as I expecting bills from suppliers & insurance companies shortly but can't use my main computers.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the updates.

Our support team have been carrying out investigations and asked if you have Bitdefender installed on your device?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Yes - all 3 of our PCs are running Bitdefender Internet Security.

However, since about 10:30 this morning my emails seem to be coming through normally again - hopefully it is not just a flash in the pan!
