Repetition of my email address

In Settings/Mail/Accounts, my email address appears twice. I cannot delete the second mention of the (same) address. The two are not separated by a comma. This repetition appears when emails are sent to me. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this second mention, please?

There should only be one of any email address that has been input to that section.

The first email address showing should be the actual email account that you have logged onto. This email address can not be deleted.

You can add and delete other email accounts in this section, which would allow you to access and use those email accounts from your "main" BTMail account, the one you are logged onto as mentioned above. This in effect turns your email account into an email client/app such as you may use on a mobile device.

If you do have the same email address repeated and that email address is that of the account that you have logged onto there would appear to be a problem with your email account. 

You will need to call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for the email team who should be able to investigate and resolve the problem.
