I can't reply to emails from my iphone, but I can from my PC.

I compose the reply and send but it just completely disappears.

This suggests a problem with something on my iphone I suppose but I don't know how to rectify it. It's only recently started happening, nothing else has changed.

How are you accessing your BTMail account on your iPhone. Is it with an email app and if so which one or are you using a web browser and if so which one?

Have you tried anything to try and resolve the problem?

Have you tried restarting your iPhone?

I'm using BT Email app on my iphone and yes I have tried restarting it.

Not tried anything else cause I just don't know what to try.

When it's happened and I'm needing to reply on my iphone , I attempt it, but end up going to my PC when I can and doing it on there.

Try uninstalling the BTMail app from your iPhone then restart the iPhone and reinstall the BTMail app.

Oh my god I think that's worked.

Just did a test from on an email on my iphone.

I was very nervous doing it all as I'm not too confident on tech, but it seems to have worked ok.
