I was recently hacked. BT helped to restore my two-step authentication, but since then, when typing a new email, the function which completes the email address of my recipient no longer works. How do I restore it?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side scroll down and click on "Contacts" then tick the relevant boxes and click save.
You may have to enter the email address the first time you send an email but there after it should be offered when you start to type it in.
Now done that and it works perfectly! I'm very grateful for youyr help. Thank you.
