The "Search" facility (top LHS of screen) suddenly stopped working this morning. When I try and use it a dropdown box appears with "Skip to Main Content". Anybody else having this problem? It just happened as it was working earlier this morning.

Is this happening in the BT email app or through the website?

Not working for me, search box is there but as soon as I start typing it flicks onto a "skip to main content" box which is no help to me

Have you tried clearing the history and cookies from your web browser?
Have you tried a different browser to see if it is a browser problem.
I'm having the same problem intermittently. Generally access via my laptop. Have tried two browsers, same problem on both

Welcome to the community.
As you’ve already tried two browsers and experience this on both, it would be worth clearing your browser’s cache and cookies if you haven’t already done so. You could also try using Incognito/Private mode to see if the issue still happens, this can help rule out interference from any stored data.
If you have access to a tablet or mobile, it’s also worth trying the same steps there to check whether the issue appears on another device.
