I have repeatedly attempted to set up 2 stage authentication. My phone number is correct
I never receive a passcode.

Thanks so much for coming here.
Please ensure the number is correct, if it is you should be able to request the passcode to be sent to your secondary destination by selecting Problems with my passcode.

Please try changing the destination number or email address to try a different one. If it still doesn't work, I recommend speaking with our technical support team, so they can look into it and raise a ticket against your account, if needed.
