Setting 2stage authentication

I have repeatedly attempted to set up 2 stage authentication. My phone number is correct 

 I never receive a passcode.

Hello @DavidButland.

Thanks so much for coming here. 

Please ensure the number is correct, if it is you should be able to request the passcode to be sent to your secondary destination by selecting Problems with my passcode.

1. I am certain that the number is correct
2. The email option doesn't work either

I suspect that maybe it's something to do with Firefox, but have no evidence of that.

I have tried to set 2 stage authentication using Opera, but do not understand how I can trigger the request. None of the Help options seem to help.

Please try changing the destination number or email address to try a different one. If it still doesn't work, I recommend speaking with our technical support team, so they can look into it and raise a ticket against your account, if needed.
