This is all I can see without opening the email...have I been hacked??

If you log onto your email account using a web browser and then tick the box to the left of the email and then click on "More" in the menu bar the "View Source".
This will show you the full details of the emails journey to your inbox. This will show you the email address that sent the email.
Thank you for your response...I'm assuming the return path is where it came from?
It's all gobbledygook to me 😕

That shows it did not come from your email account.
It will be that your email address has been "spoofed" to appear to be coming from a genuine email address so as to give some "credibility" to the unwary.
It may be worth informing your contact that this has happened and that they should be wary of any emails purporting to be from you.
See link about spoofing.
It does not mean that your email account has been hacked.
You can check to see if your email address has been involved in any data breaches using this link,
