Spam filtering
Why is the BT spam filter now putting 75% of my emails from users I regularly communicate with in spam? Some of these are people and/or organisations I deal on a regular basis and even marking them as 'not spam and safe sender' seems to make little difference. This started (again) about 2 weeks ago and there seems to be no logic to it but it is both irritating and frustrating.

Re: Spam filtering
You are not alone. Good wanted emails from eg: TV Licensing are now being put into Spam and when you try to forward that email which is now in Inbox to another address you get the bt error spam in email code (6-1-1-1) ID (6694415100CA0596), so are forced to remove any images and not required info before BT will send the email. I also had that account auto forwarding to another but it fails to auto forward if good emails end up in spam. This is not funny, so I also am not amused with the situation.
