Two-factor Authorisation

Go to solution

I seem to have been trapped into setting up two-factor authorisation and it now applies to all my sub-accounts too. Neither I nor my sub-account users want it or need it. Is it possible to disable it? I can't see any way of doing it. I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me if it is possible and how?  Many thanks.

If you search the forum you will find many posts about this but in short, no you can not turn it off.
