Unable to login to email using Firefox

Starting yesterday, I am unable to login to BT email using the Firefox browser. After entering the login details, it goes into an unending loop of messages in the bottom left hand corner of the screen including the following: "transferring data from email.bt.com"....., "prod.email.bt.com"...., with the BT symbol and moving dots in the centre of the screen. The login sequence seems to start as normal then gets stuck in this loop.

I can login using other browsers but it has stopped working with my primary browser, Firefox.

Can anyone help to sort this out please?

If it's working on other browsers and just not Firefox then it has to be a Firefox issue.  I would suggest making sure it's up to date and clear the cache and cookies browsing history etc but other than that would just be a case of using another browser

I think "up to date" is the issue.  Since it updated to v136 I've had a number of problems with Firefox.

I'm on 136.0.1 which I think updated only recently. However, I've solved the problem by trying out the suggestion given in the previous reply namely clearing browsing history. I can now once again login with Firefox 😊

Thank you. Solved. I went into "cookies & site data"/"manage data" and removed all website entries which related to "bt". I can now login to btmail with Firefox.
