Re: What happens to my BT Email and BT Cloud if I move to New EE?

I have moved you onto your own thread as the one you posted on has nothing to do with your problem.

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client. It may still work on your iPhone but that can change at any time.

It must’ve been a BT fault- emails working perfectly again

Re: Unable to send BT emails from Apple Mail app on MacBook Pro

Snap - this has been going on for months - I can login into webmail and send - but cannot send from my IMac - but fortunately I can from my IPhone - have tried changing settings but says ID and password incorrect - which they aren't - BT customer service is absolutely rubbish

Perhaps if you started your own thread instead of posting on a two year old thread you might get a reply relevant to your individual problem.

Re: Unable to send BT emails from Apple Mail app on MacBook Pro

I have moved you on to your own thread and moved the other posts you have made so that they are all together because the threads you have posted on are not necessarily the same issue you are reporting.

If you want some assistance, without repeating the same questions, can you answer the questions that you were previously asked and give as much information as possible exactly what happens when you try to send emails and what if anything you have tried to fix the the problem.
