Hi
I am suddenly not able to send emails from my account using either Outllook Classic, Bluemail app, or BT Webmail.
"Failed to send some messages - 421 Too many messages (2.4.1.3) from xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
I am receiving emails fine .....just unable to send
My other BT internet account address is working fine.
Can anyone help?

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client
