It was not your browser or device that was suggested to be turned off it was your BT Hub. 

Try turning it off for 30 min.

That is also switched off at night.

OK, So I'm having this same error message BUT it only happens when trying to attach something from our Network Storage device. It also only happens on our Win11 laptop, all other devices eg Win10, Android etc are fine, no issues at all.  Just to add to the frustration, I can attach the same items using Gmail without issue. This is definitely a BT thing.

I can attach items from the laptop drive but don't want to keep copying items across just to email them.  

I've tried switching Router off for over 30 mins etc without success.  I use the Chrome browser but also tried using Edge with the same results. 

 

HELP please!

This started several months ago and I use gmail if needed. It is a nuisance and something I now expect from BT but it's too much hassle to change - unless and until  it becomes permanent and then I will go.
