But it does illustrate BT's ill-thought through transition arrangements for their customers that they "persuade" to migrate to EE, and the lack of training of their telephone agents who, nevertheless, are on commission to get customers moved to EE.
I thought CEO Allison Kirkby had decided not to force customers into moving to EE and had dropped the previous plan to make BT only for business customers. However, this doesn't seem to have got through to any of BT's staff.
