Windows 11 25H2 - Outlook (old and new) fails to connect to IMAP

Hi,  having just goit  anew windows11 25H2 laptop I am getting an error that yteh IMPA server is dropping teh conneciton whrn I try and configure either old or new Outlook?  I have checked the email settings SSl and ports on both IMAp and SMTP but the check faills at the IMPA stage.  Even went into old outlook profice setup adn tried from there and it still fails 😞

Any ideas on what to try next ?

Can you access Outlook on any other device, or do you get the same error message?

If you are using a VPN try turning it off.
