authorisation

Go to solution

BT mail has introduce a second security measure whereby a 6 figure is sent for me to confirm its me. This 6 figure no is sent to my home phone no *****

If I attempt BT mail access on my mobile phone ******* when in town I cannot access this number. How do I change it to be sent to ********* instead of my home no?

See attached link from the BT Help pages that can be found with an Internet search.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) | Security | BT Help

after selecting Your details click on Personal Details where you will find the part where you can edit 2FA.
