cant find autoforward button

Hi there. I'm brand new to this forum so bear with me if someone has already answered this question!

I am trying to auto forward my Mum's webmails to my gmail account in Canada so I can monitor them for her when I return home.

I cannot find the AUTOFOWARD button on her webmail. Someone said to click MAIL button and select AUTOFORWARD from the menu, but no menu appears,

Anyone know how to proceed from here?

I am in the uk at the moment.

try using web mail and not the app

I used 'email' at top of this page  then selected my name then settings then mail
