e-mail history

Hi,

Having trouble for a while viewing e-mail history , only able to view about 50 or a few days of mails why can i no longer scroll to all mails in history?

Any help appreciated

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Thanks so much for this, and apologies for the delay in replying, it seem however to revert every close down and does not show all mails in chronological order, another mess created by bt it seems

As the "problems" you are having are only affecting you I doubt that it "a another mess created by bt".  It is more likely settings that you have clicked accidentally.

To show emails in the list in chronological order you just need to click on the "Date" in the menu bar at the top of the list of emails.

To retain the settings you should try clearing your web browser's history and cookies. When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option. Then restart the browser.

Thank you, I am aware of "Date" this will display in date order, but only the first 46 mails!, changing to conversation view will do like wise but not in chronological order, sometimes in reverse, sometime not, and somtimes in date order, i then usually have to sign back in to get date order back, the issue is whichever mail will only show 46 mails either way
