Re: elfsight

Go to solution

I am getting one a minute (approx 200 today).I have marked them as spam but they seem to have some code which sidesteps BTs spam catcher and goes straight into the mailbox. I have blocked the domain but they keep coming. It's like a DDOS - I think it will fill up my mailbox overnight. Here's the text:

Re: elfsight

Don’t worry...

BT are apparently working on it now, so hopefully the flood of phishing emails will stop soon.

I’m sure there are others experiencing the same issue, and this post will help them too.

Re: elfsight

Go to solution

BT must be slow,as these emails are still ariving on both my BT email accounts.

I have now set up a series of filters for the domain name.

1) forwards all mail from that domain to BT phishing

2) marks as spam,

3) deletes email

I might not be able to stop them comming in, but the filters sends them to BT and delete them so that I do not have to do anything.
