email after move to EE

Hi there,

I moved to EE and now cannot manage email accounts, I get a message saying I am not the account holder.  I spoke to BT chat and they fobbed me off and said 

"Yes you cannot create new email address or remove existing email address after moving to EE"

I then asked why it says I can and the reply

"Yes but that is for BT account but BT accounts are all being closed and customers are now moved to EE For now you cannot add new addresses on MyEE"

I don't recall agreeing to having my BT account closed (and coincidentaly now I cannot login to BT account at all and all my extra email addresses have disappeared when I login to webmail)

I note from other posters on here that this was fixed, can anyone please help?
