new log in to email has changed, it wont let me type anything in now, it just keep re loading?

What page are you you trying to log in from. Is it the direct log on page or through your MyBT?
As far as I am aware there is no change to the BTMail login page. Try this link BTMail or click on the Email button in the menu bar at the top of this page.
If you are still having problems try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser.

Since you started noticing these issues, have you tried giving this a go from a different device / browser?
I'd recommend completely clearing your cookies and cache too, as this can help us rule out it being anything linked with your browser settings.
If you continue to struggle from there, I'd recommend giving us a call, and fingers crossed they should be able to raise this to be investigated further.
