I have issues getting my btinternet account to load onto the new Outlook email. Always asking for the password, then as soon as I try to access the inbox it drops out and I get "access denied".
Any help much appreciated .
Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?
If none of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.

No I am a BTBroardband customer, I have 2 other @btinternet addresses with the same account, they load and function fine.
There have been previous reports about problems with Outlook.
Can you try a different email client such as Thunderbird to see if that works which might help locating where the problem is.
