I have a spam e mail from "Upgade" with a message "Data Loss" which I can't delete. Any ideas please?

Apologies, I don’t have an answer as I don’t use BT’s email service, but I find it odd that others have also complained that they can’t delete spam emails that have infiltrated their BT mailbox. What I wonder is wrong with BT’s email system?
