4600 landline

[DCR219]

Pjone does not ring on an incoming call but goes direct to voicemail.  Can anyone please help as a matter of urgency as landline is needed for medical reasons. Thanks in anticipation

I can totally appreciate how much of a worry this must be if you rely on your phone for a lifeline.
