I cannot appear to access my normal BT landline bill or even historic bills. How can i do this easily without having to call BT

Go to MY BT at top of forum page and login to your account then you can view your manage and view bills
If you get an email from BT about a bill whcih I do each month on one account I think it gives a link to click on the email to access your account. For my other account I get a posted bill and use that as the prompt to log in and pay as that one is not on standing order.
