Advanced Digital Home Phone

I have a BT Advanced Digital Home Phone with 4 handsets. I have registered the phones as per the handbook but calls are cut off when the handset reverts to 'synchronising handset data'  I have tried pushing the WPS button and reregistering but nothing seems to work. What can I do to make and received simple phone calls?  Thanks Ken

This is deffo an issue with the batteries in the handsets, swap these out if you can and if the issue persists or you can't do it then contact BT who I believe will be able to replace the phone(s)

No I haven't because the phone is relatively new.
