I have set myself up to be able to manage my mother's BT account via the invitation link on her account.
Now that I have accepted the invitation my account is marked as inactive, and her account is active.
I need access to both, how do I fix this?
I phoned the helpline and they told me that a BT Id could only be registered with a single account, which doesn't seem correct.
Also if I select the active account and navigate to the 'Account Details' link the page loads and then redirects me back to the MyBT Home page.

Welcome to the community.
You can only have one email address linked to each account/BTID. If you speak with our Customer Support team again, they'll be able to make sure the correct email address is linked to each account so that you can access them both.
