Hi @veganblue
0800 and 0808: Freephone It doesn't matter what call package you have.
A number of businesses and organisations use Freephone numbers, including some helplines and charities such as Action on Hearing Loss or Age UK, as well as Government services such as Jobseeker’s Allowance.
Calls are free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones.

Re: Anytime calls
Ah, thankyou. I could see no mention of 0808 numbers and so wondered if that may because they are chargeable.
I am adding it to my list because I can never find out which are free on BT's website.

Re: Anytime calls
Hi @veganblue Just to clarify, the 0808 numbers are because they ran out of 0800 numbers and had to extend the range.

Re: Anytime calls
It's also worth noting that:
- 03-prefixed numbers are landline numbers in exactly the same way as numbers beginning 01 & 02 are.
- If your call allowance includes calls to 01 & 02 numbers, it will also include calls to 03 numbers.
- If you have an unlimited call plan, you won't pay any additional call charges for any landline calls.
