Hello Everyone!
Need your help, I have BT 2700 Trio Cordless and I'm using it from last 2 months smoothly and from last 2 days It 's showing "Searching" and "Unavailable" on the handset screen. Last night I took it to home and when I power on it start working without doing anything and when this morning I took it back to the office it shows the same "searching".
Would be greatfufl if anyone can help me out to resolve this

What phone socket is it plugged into, in the office?
What sort of phone service does your company use, as its possible that something has changed with the way their phone service is delivered, so when you take it into work, the phone does not work?
which phone socket is your phone connected to not that it is connected to a mains power socket
is office connected to a BT Residential phone line like home
I was confused when you talked about an office.
I would expect the phone to give a problem if its not plugged into a working phone connection, as it would show "Line Cord Error" on the base unit. That it turn is likely to cause it to malfunction.
