We have been upgraded to Digital voice by BT. Our 4600 BT phone now rings only 4 times before going to answer machine. Tried suggestion of dialling 15710 to no avail.
Calls from unrecognised numbers being completely screened out and not giving us the option to accept the call.
Should we purchase new/different phone handsets? if so suggestions?
