Hi,
Since moving to VoIP I've noticed the base station on my BT 4600 phones will ring 5-10 seconds before any of the handsets start ringing. They use to all ring at the same time before the switch.
Has anyone else found this?
Thanks

@Ninko It could be a syncing issue. Try unplugging the base station for at least one minute to perform a power cycle.
It may also be a feature of call guardian if you have it set up, screening calls prior to the handsets ringing.
@Ninko Have you resolved the issue?
Hi,
Sadly, no. I'm wondering if this phone is partly incompatible with VoIP.
First ring is set to on as it always was, as I say this only started after moving to VoIP.
Sometimes No Number is displayed for incoming calls instead of the actual number since the change, don't know if that has anything to do with it.
The product may have malfunctioned. If the phone is still within warranty call 0800 145 6789 Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
If it is out of warranty contact BT's recommended agent on 800 980 8999.
