The battery meter displayed on the screen of the BT Advanced Digital Home Phone with Alexa never decreases when taken off-charge. If it's at 100%, it will stay as 100% until the battery is fully drained and the phone switches itself off.
The only workaround is to switch the handset off and on. Only then is the battery charge level displayed correctly.
It's happens on all three handsets I've tried, so don't think it's a faulty handset, just a general software bug on these phones. Does anyone else experience the same issue?
My digital two phones show a full charge and then rapidly show only a half full indication on the battery meter and remain there until the battery dies without warning. I think it is about time BT issued an update to the firmware for these phones to cure this obvious fault with the battery meter display. It is very frustrating.
