Hi, I would be grateful for advice, please.
I have a BT Advanced phone Z quad system which has stopped working.
I am connected to Virgin Media digital voice and this has worked fine for the last year. But in the last 2 days the phones have stopped working.
I've checked all connections including to the Hub and have done a hard reset on the base handset, including removal and replacement of the batteries and unplugging the base. Virgin media state that the voice service is normal and active.
The screen on the base handset is lit up, showing time, battery condition and the Menu and Calls options at the bottom.
But the centre of the screen is just a black square. The other 3 handsets look normal.
All handsets appear able to dial a number but nothing connects.
My suspicion is that the fault is in the base unit or base handset, but how can I check?
Thanks

Hi @brissle,
Thanks for visiting the BT Community
If none of the handsets are working it does seem likely that it is a base problem, the handsets should work independently of the handset on the base station, as long as the base station itself was still working.
From what you have mentioned it sounds like you have tried everything we could recommend to try and fix it already. The help page for the handset has some information including some numbers to call for further help if you are in or out of warranty.
