BT Digital Essential phone

Hello.

We got an Essential phone as part of our Digital Voice package. Problem is the sound is very woolly and there is no facility to adjust the sound tone. We ordered a second one and that is also poor. Can anyone suggest a phone that will be compatible and give a good quality reception. We dont need Alexa.

have you tried connecting your existing phone into socket on back of SH2. if cordless phone then just connect base station to socket on hub

Hi @outlaw123 The fact that the phone may have Alexa doesn't mean you have to use it.
