BT Digital Voice Renumber

We lost our landline number 3 weeks ago due to an error from BT side and they said the quickest way to get the landline back is to switch over to digital voice. Once we switched over, we have lost our previous number, we have raised 3 different orders and each time it has been cancelled with no explanation!! 

I have been on the call with BT everyday for the past 3 weeks and each time, the advisor is giving me a different response. When I raise a complain, it gets closed automatically after a day, it is actually shocking on how BT handle this and it is still not fixed. It is so frustrating, no one is telling the truth and no solution has been provided, we are just stuck here now. We had this landline for the past 20 years and we need it back. Because of the back and forth communication and cancellation from BT side, it is almost at 30 days, at this point, we are worried that we are never going to get the number back!!

as you are not making any progress with phone calls and complaints getting closed then  the consumer resolutions team email address here
