People are now automatically transferred to 'digital' when they renew their phone contract, or, your time's up when they activate their geographical roll out program. I stopped myself from being transferred, and also my mum (separate address) from being digitised.
There is little information being issued, and BT relies on ignorance, fear of being cut off & apathy to enable this awful roll out. The government slept walked right into this on the assumption/advise that all 'digital' is good. In the same way they were hoodwinked into thinking that battery cars are the saviour of the planet (they're not)
