BT Premium Handset Display Size

What is the size of the display screen on the BT Premium Cordless Phone handset (measured diagonally corner to corner), please? I’m visually impaired, and it would be really helpful to know this before I buy.

Maybe also have a look at Swissvoice, as  they have photo dialling & a high contract mono display that might be easier to use. But I think they lack call blocking.
