Hi all.
I have been migrated to Digital Voice and have a landline and 2 BT PREMIUM HANDSETS.
I have plugged one of the BT PREMIUM HANDSET into the back of the router - green socket.
However:-
1. No dialing tone.
2. Unable to make calls. Try to dial and get LINE IN USE - CALLS CANNOT BE MADE.
3. Phone inwards from my mobile and the phone rings once and my mobile number can be seen on the BT PREMIUM HANDSET screen but cannot answer the call.
Can anyone help with a solution so I can use my landline?

did you reset SH2 after digital voice activated. you can check activation of DV in hub manager
