In a couple of weeks my BT broadband is being moved from partial to full fibre alongside a changeover to digital voice. There is supposed to be no change to contract or cost.
I have been trying to order an adapter using the link in the migration notification email but it keeps saying my number is not eligible. Does this normally change nearer to migration date or have they stopped providing a free one?
Also I note you should be able to divert calls from the BT DV landline to a BT mobile free of charge. I have a pay as you go EE mobile.
Are diverted calls to PAYG EE mobiles free of charge even with only a 'pay as you go' landline? All I can find online is for BT mobiles but aren't they EE now?
Many thanks

You should be able to order the free adapter when you are moved to digital voice
BT mobile and EE mobile are separate contracts by separate companies with the BT GROUP
If you have pay as you go digital voice calls and pay as you go EE mobile are diverted calls still free?
I have a contract with Tesco mobile but recently got an EE pay as you go sim thinking it would be free to divert to that from DV but can only find 'BT' mobiles mentioned as free. Very confusing as I thought EE and BT were the same
Thank you. I will wait to apply for a digital adapter. Still confused about BT/EE mobiles though
