One of my digital voice phones is synchronising when accessing voice mail. Tried de-registering from hub and re-registering but this did not help. Can still make calls just cannot access voice mail. The other 2 identical phones do not have this problem. If it is not fixable will BT replace free of charge do they consider I own it and must buy another?
Have you tried resetting the phone to factory settings not just re-registering? Phones are no longer supplied with digital voice and the 'Alexa' phone is discontinued according to previous post so up to you to replace or continue to use phone as it can still make/receive calls
Thank you for the reply. I did do a factory reset before re-registering to the hub but it didn’t help. I then accessed the batteries and temporarily inserted non-rechargeable AAAs. It then for some reason downloaded new software (20 minutes worth). When that completed I re-registered it and it worked normally! I put in other freshly charged batteries and it failed to start! I put in the original rechargeables after charging them separately and it worked again normally. Bit of a mystery. Will see how it goes.
