I don’t know if anybody else has had this but I recently renewed my BT broadband but the landline,which was switched ove to digital did not work.It subsequently was ok but I am still being charged my old rate and now the Landline does not work.I have complained and was told that us was an Openreach problem, now told that it is a BT wholesale issue.It has been going on since June and I cannot get any resolution.My app still shows the order as open
Executive complaints are supposedly dealing with it but there is no progress.Has anyone had a similar problem,if so could they give me some advice.Fortunately the broadband is ok, but I wonder for how long
from reading you post ' was switched ove to digital did not work.It subsequently was ok' so is you DV phone working now connected to the phone socket on back of hub or cordless phone connecting to SH2 via DECT?
if you have now got ELC involved then mods on here wont be able to help
