Hi, I bought a BT4600 handset on Ebay and it turns out it is the second handset of the twin set. Have recently upgraded our router, but get the message "Please Check Line Cord" when I have plugged in the handset. We are using the same cord as the old phone which was a bit broken, but I am pretty sure it got a phone signal. Can anyone tell me if the second handset of the twin can be used as a standalone unit? Otherwise my issue is perhaps with VOIP not working with this handset. Cheers,
