BT8500 Base Query

I have a replacement BT8500 base. I have 3 phones two of them have registered to base. The third one will not register. It appears to me that there are already five or six phones registered on the base reason the third handset will not register. How can I register the third handset. Would I have to factory set the base. Would this delete all handset registered to it and allow me to re-register all three handsets from scratch.

Try the helpdesk. You could try a base reset to see if it helps.
