Big Button 200 not receiving account verification.

I have big button 200 phone now on digital voice. Now bt in their wisdom has made it mandatory to use 2 step verification i can't access my account. When verification code is sent to phone it rings but is silent, no code. Could this be something to do do with digital voice or my old big button phone.

This is an account problem and there are numerous posts on the forum about this problem andBT are aware
