Bt XD56

I can’t call out from my BT xd56 phone, does accept calls. Screen show a person icon with no entry sign but can’t remove it!

Welcome to the community. 

It sounds like Do Not Disturb, or call blocking is enabled. Please try these steps and let us know if they get it working for you:

1. Press Menu.
2. Scroll to Call Blocking.
3. Check whether Call Blocking or Block All is enabled.
4. Turn it Off and save.

If that doesn't work:

1. Press Menu > Settings.
2. Look for Call Settings.
3. Check for any outgoing call restrictions and disable them.
