Hi, posting on behalf of my mother. We recently installed herr new smart hub 2 and hooked up her bt voice using the adapter as its not practical to.connect to the box. She is getting Internet and receiving calls. However she keeps getting texts to say she's not connected amd therefore her digital voice won't work.(it is all.wprkimg) Will this simply be because her phone line is not connected to the box and the adapter instead?

It's just the usual BT incompetence, one of my neighbours gets the same message despite me setting up his SH2 and DV.

She is receiving and making calls though? When it's plugged into the voice adapter
